Secular Organizations for Sobriety (SOS)

Rochester, NY Chapter

Welcome

Do you think that alcohol or drugs might be a problem for you? Even if you're not sure, we may be able to help.

SOS, informally known as "Save Our Selves", is a non-religious support group for people who want to help each other live free from alcohol and drugs. We are an alternative to self-help groups that emphasize religious or spiritual beliefs.

We currently have two in-person meetings on Monday and Thursday evenings, both from 7:30 - 8:30pm, and a virtual meeting via Zoom on Wednesdays at 8pm.

Thursday Meeting:

7:30 - 8:30 PM Eastern Time at ROCovery Fitness
1035 Dewey Ave.
Rochester NY, 14613

Monday Meeting:

7:30 - 8:30 PM Eastern Time at The Box Factory
6 N. Main Street
Suite 200 C
Fairport NY, 14450

For information on joining the Wednesday Zoom meeting, please email info@sos-rochester.org.
